This site describes the services offered by the shop. Descriptions of capabilities, materials and processes are given in good faith but are general: what is achievable on any specific part depends on that part.

Quotes and lead times

Nothing on this website is a quote or a binding offer. Prices and lead times are given only in a written quote issued for a specific job, and are valid on the terms stated in that quote.

Drawings and confidentiality

Drawings, models and technical information you send are used only to quote and produce your parts. If your project needs a formal confidentiality agreement in place first, say so before sending anything.

Intellectual property

By sending a drawing you confirm you have the right to have the part made. Responsibility for any third-party design rights in a part rests with the customer.

Accuracy and availability

Reasonable care is taken to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as-is and may be changed or taken offline at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
