Service
Welding & fabrication
MIG and TIG welding and fabricated assemblies, finished in the same building as the machined parts they bolt to.

Keeping fabrication in-house is what stops a job from stalling. A weldment can be fabricated and then machined without leaving the site, so the datum surfaces end up where the drawing says rather than where the distortion left them.
It also means fit-up problems get caught by the person who has to weld it, instead of being discovered by a customer three weeks later.
01 Processes
MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless and aluminium.
02 Weldments
Fabricated frames, brackets and assemblies built to drawing.
03 Machined weldments
Welded first, then machined in-house so the critical faces are true.
04 Repairs
Cracked and broken components built up and re-machined.
Common questions
Questions about Welding & Fabrication
Yes. TIG welding on aluminium is part of the standard capability alongside steel and stainless.
That is generally the right sequence. Welding moves material, so machining afterwards is what puts the critical surfaces back where the drawing wants them.
Often, yes. Whether it is the right answer depends on the part, the material and the load it carries — bring it in and it can be assessed.
