Milling is the bulk of what leaves this shop. Brackets, housings, manifolds, plates, heat sinks and fixtures — anything that starts as solid stock and ends up with pockets, bores, faces and threads in it.

The parts photographed on this site are typical: a finned aluminium heat sink with fine parallel fins and dimpled turbulator pockets, a five-spoke hub with counterbored bolt holes and machined webs, a cylindrical housing with threaded ports and drilled vent arrays. Each is a multi-setup job where the second operation has to line up with the first.

Tolerance is quoted per part, because it depends on the feature, the material and the setup. Send the drawing with your tolerances called out and you will get a straight answer on what is achievable and what it costs.

Yes. Bring the part in and it can be measured and modelled. This is common for obsolete components where no drawing survives.

Normally yes, and it is included in the quote. If you would rather supply your own stock, say so up front so it is priced correctly.
