CNC Milling
Three- and four-axis milled parts held to tight tolerance — brackets, housings, manifolds and fixtures in aluminium, steel and stainless.
What we run
Seven kinds of work, all under one roof. Most jobs never leave the building, which is why lead times stay short and nothing sits in another shop's queue.
Three- and four-axis milled parts held to tight tolerance — brackets, housings, manifolds and fixtures in aluminium, steel and stainless.
Shafts, bushings, fittings and threaded components turned with a consistent finish from the first piece to the last.
Conventional mill and lathe work for repairs, modifications and the one-off jobs where writing a program costs more than cutting the part.
MIG and TIG welding, weldments and fabricated assemblies finished alongside the machined parts they bolt to.
First articles and low-volume batches for teams still iterating, so you hold a real part before committing to tooling.
Repeat batch work with documented setups and in-process checks, so part five hundred measures like part one.
Bring in the broken part. It gets measured, modelled and remade when the original supplier is long gone.

Not sure which you need?
Most customers do not arrive knowing whether a part should be milled, turned, fabricated or some combination of the three. That is a decision for the shop, not for you.
Send a print, a STEP file, a sketch or the broken part itself, along with how many you need and when. You will get back a process, a price and a lead time.

Both. A single replacement part is as welcome as a repeating batch — a lot of work that comes through the door is one piece someone needs to keep a machine running.
PDF and printed drawings, DXF, STEP, IGES and DWG. A dimensioned sketch works too, and so does the original part if it is easier to hand it over than draw it.
Aluminium, steel, stainless and engineering plastics are all routine. If you have something unusual in mind, ask before you send the drawing.
It depends entirely on the part, the quantity and what is already on the machines. Lead time is quoted with the price so you know before you commit.
Ready when you are
Send the print and the quantity. You will get a straight answer on cost and lead time.
