Machining services, start to finish

Most jobs never leave the building. Programming, cutting, welding and finishing all happen here, which is why lead times stay short and nobody loses a week waiting on an outside vendor.

CNC Milling

Three- and four-axis milled parts held to tight tolerance — brackets, housings, manifolds and fixtures in aluminium, steel and stainless.

CNC Turning

Shafts, bushings, fittings and threaded components turned with a consistent finish from the first piece to the last.

Manual Machining

Conventional mill and lathe work for repairs, modifications and the one-off jobs where writing a program costs more than cutting the part.

Welding & Fabrication

MIG and TIG welding, weldments and fabricated assemblies finished alongside the machined parts they bolt to.

Prototyping & Short Runs

First articles and low-volume batches for teams still iterating, so you hold a real part before committing to tooling.

Production Machining

Repeat batch work with documented setups and in-process checks, so part five hundred measures like part one.

Repair & Reverse Engineering

Bring in the broken part. It gets measured, modelled and remade when the original supplier is long gone.

How the work gets done

Everything under one roof

The reason a job moves quickly here is that it never has to leave. Programming, machining, welding and inspection all sit within a few steps of each other.

01 Read the drawing properly

Prints, STEP files, a sketch on graph paper or the broken part itself — all of it works. Questions get asked before the first chip is cut, not after.

02 Machine it once, correctly

Setups are documented so a repeat order runs the same way it did the first time. That is what keeps dimensions consistent across a batch.

03 Check before it ships

Parts get measured against the print before they go in the box, because a part that fails on your bench costs both of us far more than the inspection did.

We cut the part

Programming, machining, welding and finishing happen in-house, so progress is visible and nothing sits in another shop's queue.

Inspect and hand over

Checked against the print, then ready for pickup at the shop or shipped out to you.
